- Month-to-month dial-up accounts and account billed
less than $50/month must be paid by credit card. Checks
are accepted for accounts billed over $50/month.
- Billing for web and dial-up accounts will begin when
accounts are set up.
- Billing for T1 accounts will begin when circuits are
turned up and internet routing is established.
- Renewal is automatic until you specify otherwise.
- Accounts past due will get a late notice.
- Accounts more than 7 days past due will be
charged a late fee.
- Accounts more than 15 days past due will be
disabled.
- At 30 days past due, accounts will be cancelled
and removed from the system.
- Returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee.
- Web hosting and dialup accounts may be cancelled at
any time.
- If you cancel, you will receive a refund for all
prepaid months of service after the current month,
less any charges for overtime, multiple simultaneous
logins or disk storage.
- If you prepaid for a year, you will lose any
prepayment discount and will be charged at the
month-to-month rate if you cancel before the end of
your prepaid term.
- Web and dialup accounts cancelled during the
first 30 days of service will receive a full refund
of all charges.
- As a security measure, cancellation orders must
be submitted in written form, via email to
support@his.com, billing@his.com, or by letter or
FAX.

- HIS is not responsible for telephone toll charges
incurred by customers. Check your phone book to
determine which HIS POPs are local to you, or call
your telco business office.
- Multiple simultaneous modem or ISDN logins from
the same dialup account will be billed at
$1/hour.
